Refund Policy

14 days, if you have not started. Every paid product we sell directly (annual membership, certifications, team seats) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not accessed the content. Once you have started, the purchase is final.

To request a refund, email hello@grcengclub.com from the address you used at checkout. Include the Stripe receipt or the purchase date. We reply within two business days and refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The annual membership is a yearly Stripe subscription. You can get a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or of any renewal charge, provided you have not redeemed the access link or accessed member content for that term. A membership bought at the $35 student or veteran rate refunds on exactly the same terms, at the amount actually paid.

After 14 days, or once you have accessed content, the year is non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Stripe receipt email or by emailing us, and you keep access through the end of the paid year. We do not prorate partial years.

The $9.99 monthly membership is billed by Patreon under Patreon's terms and refund policy, not by us directly. Cancel any time in your Patreon account settings and your access continues to the end of the month you paid for. Refund requests for Patreon charges are handled by Patreon, though you are always welcome to email us and we will help.

A standalone certification purchase ($350, or a discounted price with a promotion code) gives you access to the course, labs, and exam on the Training Academy. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the course content and have not attempted the exam.

Once you view a lesson, run a lab, or attempt the exam, the purchase is final. Failing the exam, or not completing the capstone, does not qualify for a refund. Certification access included with a Club membership is part of the membership, not a separate purchase, so the membership rules above apply.

Team purchases (through our team checkout links or a Stripe invoice) follow the same rule per seat: any seat that has not been redeemed can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Redeemed seats are final. Email us with the seat holders' addresses and we will confirm which seats qualify.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 14-day policy above is designed to honor that right.

By accessing the course, lab, or member content before the 14 days are up, you expressly request that we begin delivering the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is why our refunds depend on whether you have started, not just on the calendar.

Most Club events are free. For paid tickets, the refund terms are stated on that event's registration page (typically on Eventbrite) and control for that event. If an event is cancelled by us, paid tickets are refunded in full.

Merch is sold through our store at shop.grcengclub.com. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. Items are printed to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the size chart before ordering.

Please email us first. A refund request that qualifies under this policy is faster than a dispute, and we resolve almost everything within a couple of business days. If you file a chargeback on a purchase that was delivered as described and does not qualify for a refund under this policy, we may provide the card network with your access records and suspend the associated account while the dispute is open.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
