You get a draft course plan
If we move forward, we send you a drafted Program Brief and a full course storyboard built from your application: seven domains, chapter-by-chapter structure, learning goals, and exam design. You react to a concrete plan, not a blank page.
Step 4
We refine it together and sign
Reply with your changes until the structure is right. Then we sign the instructor agreement with the 50% revenue share terms and agreed recording dates.
Step 5
Kit ships, you record
The recording kit arrives at your door. You record from the storyboard, scene by scene, on the dates we agreed.
Step 6
We edit, publish, and launch
Editing, captions, platform, exam infrastructure, and the launch push are all on us. You earn 50% of every purchase from day one.

The 50% Revenue Share
Simple math: someone buys your certification course, you get half. Not half after fees, not a sliding scale that shrinks as you grow. Half of every direct purchase of your course, for as long as it sells. It costs you nothing to produce, so every dollar is upside. Payout schedule and reporting are written into the instructor agreement before you record anything.

No. We care about depth of expertise and a course idea our members need, not follower counts. The Club brings the audience; you bring the substance.
Anything in the orbit of the Certified GRC Engineer family: cloud compliance, AI governance, federal frameworks like FedRAMP and CMMC, vendor risk, privacy engineering, audit tooling, IaC, detection and evidence automation. If practitioners would study it to level up in GRC engineering, it fits.
You earn 50% of every purchase of your certification course. Club members also get Academy access through their membership; the revenue share applies to direct purchases of your course. Exact definitions, payout schedule, and reporting are spelled out in the instructor agreement before you commit to anything.
Most courses go from approved storyboard to published in six to ten weeks: two to three weeks refining the plan, two to three recording days on your schedule, and the rest is our editing and platform work.
Most of our applicants have not. The storyboard breaks every video into scene-by-scene rows with topics and timing, we write the scripts with you, and the shipped kit is set up so you press record and talk. Editing fixes the rest.
The course is co-produced: you keep your name on it and your expertise in it, and the Club operates it as part of the Academy. Ownership and usage terms are in the instructor agreement, and we walk through them together before signing.
